After years cooking in five-star hotels and competing with the US Culinary Olympic Team, I traded the professional kitchen for the sugarbush. Now I bring that same obsession with flavor to every bottle of syrup, every jar of chutney, and every bar of goat-milk body butter — all handcrafted on our small Rockport, Maine farm.

What started as a passion for pure, honest ingredients has grown into small-batch products that carry the taste of Maine and the precision of a lifetime in fine dining.
